By downloading, installing, or using Pure Path ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pure Path is a mobile application designed to help Muslims recover from pornography addiction using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques combined with Islamic spiritual practices. The App provides:

• A 90-day brain rewiring recovery program
• Urge tracking and journaling tools
• An AI-powered recovery coach (Rafiq)
• Anonymous, gender-segregated community features
• Islamic recovery content and learning materials
• Emergency panic button with coping strategies

3. Not a Medical Service

The CBT techniques and Islamic guidance provided in the App are for educational and self-improvement purposes. The AI Coach (Rafiq) is an AI-powered tool, not a licensed therapist or Islamic scholar.

4. User Accounts

The App uses anonymous user accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of recovery and self-improvement
• Not attempt to identify or expose other anonymous community members
• Not share harmful, explicit, or triggering content in community features
• Not use the App to harass, bully, or harm other users

5. Community Guidelines

When using community features, you agree to:

• Maintain respectful and supportive interactions
• Respect the gender-segregated nature of community spaces
• Not share personally identifiable information about yourself or others
• Not post triggering, explicit, or inappropriate content
• Not promote any products, services, or external platforms
• Report any content that violates these guidelines

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access to community features for users who violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Pure Path, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are the property of Pure Path and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Quranic verses, Hadith, and traditional Islamic prayers included in the App are from the public Islamic tradition and are presented for educational and spiritual purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pure Path is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific recovery needs
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

In no event shall Pure Path be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
